Seeds of Exchange partners with dynamic community leaders in India, Uganda and Pakistan. We help bridge these influential leaders with socially-minded people interested in collaborating to make a difference. We invite you to act, engage and respond to the great need in our communities and world.

In this way, we aim to create and sustain both projects and relationships alike and endeavor to thoughtfully tend to the expressed wants, needs, and hopes within each community. We endeavor to mobilize individuals, their families, and their respective circles to expand their perspectives and act in ways that enhance their lives and benefit the lives of women and their families in the developing world.
Through grassroots, community-fundraising efforts, we have raised over $13,000 for our friends in Uganda, India, and Pakistan. Ranging from gifts of $5 to $1,000, these funds have been given by kids - often emptying their piggy-banks! - and “big people”, too. Furthermore, our friends in India have completely repaid their no-interest loans that were given to them for the development of their businesses and these funds will continue to be paid forward to cooperatives in Uganda.
Through the power of community, we have partnered to...
-
open Chhaya Cafe in India,
-
expand two women’s greeting card cooperatives in India,
-
send children to school through the Peace Scholars program in Uganda and the Udayan Children’s Village in India,
-
further the development of the Anoothi jewelry cooperative in India and the Hope Plumpy’Nut cooperative in Uganda, and
-
construct the foundation for an elementary school and women’s vocational training center in Pakistan.
